Orientation – 205 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours” Hourly – 410 - “Per hour not OT” Holiday – 615 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. “Per holiday hour no OT” Shift type: 8 hour days Monday- Thursday 8a-5p Friday 8a-12pm Schedule: 4-5 days per week full time Nov-Jan. Site will consider two providers to work two weeks per month.
