Billing Specialists are Rightworks’ first point of customer contact for all billing inquiries. Successful Billing Specialists excel at handling high customer call volume, providing excellent customer service, and resolving client billing issues. Billing Specialists also work with the team to generate invoices, coordinate invoice approvals, process invoice adjustments, and provide invoicing support.This is a remote work position with a heavy focus on inbound call handling for the first 90 days.Primary responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service to inbound and outbound calls
Assist with customer billing inquiries
Additional responsibilities
Generate, edit, and send out customer invoices, as needed
Comply with client requests related to invoices
Book credits and adjustments related to invoices
Provide excellent internal and external customer service
Process electronic billing invoices and resolve errors for successful invoice uploading
Contribute to ad-hoc projects in support of the Billing and Collections Manager
Requirements
Demonstrable knowledge of Rightworks’ products and services
6+ months of high-volume call center experience preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills with a desire to provide an excellent customer billing experience
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Outstanding organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments across the organization
Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute as an essential member of the team
