- Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.
- Seasonal: Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.

- Improve the skiing and riding technique of the team in a save, fun environment by developing drills, setting practice courses, NASTAR, video analysis, coaching, correcting and providing individual feedback, free skiing drills and terrain park riding
- developing course strategies for races and dry land training programs
- providing a safe race environment ensuring safety of team members and guests by setting safe courses, maintain safe distances from hazards, following the NSAA responsibility code
- maintaining team discipline and continuity by enforcing team rules following ski team policies and relaying any infractions or disciplinary issues to managers and to parents
- training new hires including to include disciplinary issues with team members
- maintaining progress reports by monitoring race results, NASTAR handicaps and communicating progress to parents and manager by daily planning for drills, ski time, gate skiing and feedback
- achieving work objectives by interaction with employees in other work groups or locations/business units to complete work assignments
- maintaining product and company reputation by displaying tact, understanding and insight for interacting with external guests and direct contact with guests, maintaining communication with parents and race members
- contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two years teaching, coaching or racing equivalent
