)Please click the video below to hear from RBI team members about RBI’s history and culture!Primary Purpose:Remediation of commercial HVAC systems to include the cleaning of air ducts, AHU’s, coils and air duct relining.Specific Job Duties:

Follow and adhere to all company safety requirements and processes
Set up equipment required for job

Replace air filters
Clean condenser and evaporator coils, fans, and ductwork

Clean and maintain equipment daily, address issues as necessary

Other Requirements:

Ability to work on a team and interact with people

Understanding of single and three phase electrical systems
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
Flexibility to adjust to change, effectively work under pressure and meet deadlines
Consistently display a positive and cooperative attitude and represent the company in a professional manner
Punctual and regular attendance
Ability to travel to job sites and occasionally have overnight stays
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver qualification policy

Education and Experience Requirements:

Must be a high school or trade school graduate or have a GED
Ability to complete Ventilation Maintenance Technician online course and pass test

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

Ability to work at heights
Ability to pass respirator fit test
Must be able to work within confined spaces
Must be able to adjust focus for reading screens, monitors, and controls and have color vision
Must be able to climb and work on ladders, scaffolding, and stairs
Must be able to stand for long periods of time as well as stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl in order to work in tight spaces
Have a lifting capacity of 40 pounds
Must be able to use hands to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects
