- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports business objectives and cultivates a high-performance culture.
- Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs, including onboarding, technical training and compliance training.
- Partner with key stakeholders to assess training needs for Franchisees, Restaurant teams and Field Teams and recommend, build, design, build & implement continuous learning solutions tailored to those needs.
- Develop role-specific learning paths and coaching resources for franchisees, Field and front-line teams. Responsible for all Franchisee and Operations Manager onboarding, training & development, and operational toolkits and resources.
- Build and manage a high-performing L&D team and oversee external vendor relationships, consultants, and learning platforms.
- Create and track meaningful metrics to assess the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives.
- Oversee learning technologies, including the Learning Management System (LMS), and explore innovative delivery methods such as e-learning, virtual classrooms, and microlearning.
- Bachelor's in business or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning strategies and programs.
- Strong knowledge oflearning principles, instructional design, and restaurant food industry operations training & development.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing budgets, teams, and vendor partnerships.
- Proficiency in learning technologies, including LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and data analytics.
- Food / Restaurant industry experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or global organization.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational development.
- Must demonstrate strategic thinking and be results oriented.
- Ability to collaborate and influence up &across the business, as well as with external clients/partners.
- Demonstrates innovation in learning & training and change leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
