What You'll Do:
Ensure that the health and safety of all residents are met through the facility's clinical services.
Ensure that the facility is following current regulations and standards through organizing, planning, directing, supervising, coordinating, and evaluating the facility's clinical services.
Must be able to relate professionally with residents, staff, and family members, display a positive work attitude, and be able to work as a team with other staff members.
May be engaged in direct resident care.
What you will need:
Active RN License with the State of Minnesota
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have working knowledge of long-term care services, rules, and regulations related to 144 G Assisted Living Licensure
Must have LALD or be willing to obtain it
