- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing the relationship with clear communication, positive momentum, and a spirit of true partnership, ensuring client satisfaction and driving profitable growth
- Understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer acquisition and retention
- Develop and own the strategy through execution including cross functional collaboration
- Oversee all aspects of delivery and performance, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage resources, timelines, and expectations effectively
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes and insights to clients and stakeholders
- Utilizing client and market data, lead the development of net new comprehensive strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention, implementing data-driven insights and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that align with client goals
- Collaborate with leadership on the economic model of any net new scopes of work
- Facilitate the transition from strategy development to implementation, ensuring alignment between project objectives and operational capabilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up to date on trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Utilize this expertise to advise both Red Ventures and clients on forward-looking investments
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, product managers, engineers, and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, implementation and strategic planning
- Proven track record of successful client engagements focused on customer acquisition, retention and expansion; meeting or exceeding business development goals
- Business operations experience owning outcomes of client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Preference for technical skills or experience leading technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships and communicating complex solutions to executive teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
