Our network includes over 575 electrical contractors, and we are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the role of Electrical Project Manager for one of our esteemed partners.Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join one of our partner electrical contracting firms in the area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Procure necessary materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the duration of the project.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, milestones, and financial metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects of varying size and complexity.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving project objectives.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PE (Professional Engineer) are desirable but not required.
