
Engineering Planner/Project Manager IV

- Develop and maintain detailed, logic based engineering release plans and supplemental schedules in Microsoft Project in support of the IMS.
- Support various programs with planning support for short and long-term tasking
- Work closely with Engineering organization to maintain engineering execution plans.
- Provide status, and update/maintain metrics for reporting.
- Maintain various add hock reports, such as labor analysis, and rough-cut capacity planning.
- Bachelors degree or MBA from an accredited college
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling, or manufacturing
- Proven ability in utilizing MS Project, Open Plan or another comparable scheduling/planning tool
- Experience delivering project briefings to internal customers
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Due to programs being supported, United States
- 10+ years of experience in planning or program management related discipline
- Experience using EPDM (Engineering Product Data Management) or similar centralized engineering and design data management software
- Experience in resource loading, performing
- Experience delivering project briefings to internal customers
- Ability to manage multiple projects with various scope
- Root Cause and Corrective Action experience and
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in team environment
