  • Show off your manual dexterity as you assemble small components with finesse.
  • Adjust testing equipment swiftly to maintain high efficiency and seamless workflow.
  • Fit parts with precision, fine-tuning for optimal operation while adhering to Standard Work Instructions.
  • Engage in '5 Whys' problem-solving to drive innovation.
  • Commit to a safe, clean workspace ensuring everyone’s safety.
  • Adopt IR Business Systems tools to enhance performance and continuous growth.
  • Promote a culture of safety by actively preventing and reporting hazards.
  • Embrace all other tasks in line with your role.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing.
  • 2+ years of hands-on assembly work.
  • Proficient with measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.
  • Skilled in blueprint interpretation and adhering to tolerances like 0.002.
Core Skills: Your mechanical aptitude is second to none. You work with minimal supervision yet thrive in teamwork. Communication is your forte, whether it’s reading blueprints or conversing with colleagues.Preferences:
  • HS Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Soldering skills can give you an edge!
