
Reliability Analyst

- Analyze and codify technical data within Reliability databases and Aircraft Maintenance Computer Systems.
- Pull and organize data from multiple data sources to create reporting.
- Identify and submit Service Difficulty Reports (SDR) and Operational Difficulty Index (ODI) events.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports to Aircraft Manufacturer and other Supply Vendors.
- Create automated processes where applicable for data extraction, report generation and distribution.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support the technical operations team.
- Develop and execute data mining queries from system databases to support decision making.
- Conduct trend analysis to assess individual aircraft and fleet-wide system performance.
- Continuously assess and refine existing processes to drive efficiency and program improvement.
- Maintain and provide accurate historical data to the Aircraft Maintenance team and other departments.
- Participate in monthly Reliability meetings.
- Complete online learning and in-site training courses as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience working in a technical analyst/analyst role (preferred).
- Airline industry technical experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively to meet given time parameters.
- Experience working with all levels of an organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills with focus on communication and problem resolution.
- Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude. Willing to put in extra time, if required, to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with Tableau and QuickBase (preferred).
- Understanding of Sabre and Aircraft Maintenance Computer Systems is a plus.
- Repetitive motion such as: typing.
- Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
