We are seeking a passionate Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team and guide children ages 1–3 through a critical stage of early growth. You’ll plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities, nurture independence, and partner with families to support their child’s learning journey.Responsibilities
- Create lesson plans that build cognitive, social, and motor skills.
- Lead daily classroom routines including meals, naps, and playtime.
- Observe and document developmental milestones.
- Foster positive behavior and social interaction.
- Communicate regularly with parents about progress and needs.
- Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Mentor assistant teachers and collaborate with other staff.
- 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education required.
- Some college coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred.
- CDA or degree in ECE a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must pass background check, TB test, and physical exam.
