Our client is a global leader in aesthetic, medical, and dental lasers equipment.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Professional based in the Phoenix area to prospect and develop new Medical/Aesthetic customers based in our Southwest Territory.
This is a great opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional to represent a leading company in the aesthetic laser market.Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities include high-volume cold calling and actively seeking new customers through various channels. The role involves identifying key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Building strong networks within the organization and the territory is also important.
- The Area Sales Manager will need to continuously learn about the company’s products and the aesthetic/medical laser industry and conduct product demonstrations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary, along with maintaining professionalism and building trust with customers.
- The role requires diligently tracking prospects and activities using CRM, managing marketing lists, ensuring accurate forecasting, and collaborating with technical and customer satisfaction teams.
- Travel within and outside the territory is required for daily activities, trade shows, and events, with some overnight travel and flexible hours.
- Applicants should have a minimum of 2+ years in outbound business-to-business sales, preferably in the Aesthetic industry, with experience in Capital Equipment, Durable Medical Equipment, or Medical Device sales being a plus.
- A proven track record of developing qualified appointments and closing deals is essential.
- Required skills include excellent sales and communication abilities, a passion for prospecting, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and basic computer skills are also needed.
- Ability to drive within the territory daily.
- Ability to travel overnight (30% on average) within the territory and outside of the territory for attendance at national trade shows, training, and other events.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters occasionally.
- Ability to stand, lift, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer and sit and/or drive for extended periods frequently.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred though not required.
- Compensation includes a competitive salary based on experience and track record, along with uncapped commissions.
