Join us and become a part of a company that blends cutting-edge expertise with deep-rooted community values.Freshly Printed: The Role You Have Been Looking ForAs a Cutter Operator, you will operate equipment needed to combine printed sheets into finished products such as books, magazines and catalogs. The full process includes cutting, folding, collating, gluing, stitching, trimming, wrapping, and finishing the product. This exciting position allows you to showcase your machine operating experience and make a real impact on our business.From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process
  • Operate cutting machinery to trim printed materials accurately.
  • Load and unload paper stacks and printed materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot on cutting equipment.
  • Collaborate with the print production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Inspect printed sheets for alignment, quality, and defects.
  • Set up and adjust cutting machines, including blades and guides, for various job requirements.
The Fine Print: What you need to Succeed
  • 1-3 years of machine operating experience required.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift (60 lbs.) pull, and push. May include reaching and stooping. Constant standing (8 hrs.).
  • Must be quality minded and pay attention to detail.
  • The ability to follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe.
Your Production Schedule:
  • 7:00am -3:30pm Monday - Friday
  • Overtime available
