They are open to speaking with individuals who have years of commercial roof experience and knowledge and so if that is you then take a look at some of the other details to this Project Manager position.Commercial Roof Project Manager Duties*Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures*Review estimates with management*Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More*Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget*Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc.*Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what type of roof systems are currently installedCommercial Roof Project Manager Experience Required*3+ years of estimating experience and also project managing*Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques*Must be comfortable with leading a team
