- Manage personal lines accounts, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Provide excellent customer service, conduct renewal audits, and market carriers for competitive quotes.
- Process certificates and endorsements, issue ID cards, obtain signatures, and bind policies.
- May assist with claims processing.
- Work in a blended environment of in-office and remote work. (Note: This role does not offer fully remote work).
- Service clients exclusively, no sales involved.
- Service Standard and Preferred line clients with carriers such as Safeco, Mutual of Enumclaw, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, and sometimes Nationwide Private Client.
- Minimum 7 years experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
- Experience in customer service, renewal audits, market carriers for competitive quotes, processing certificates and endorsements, issuing ID cards, obtaining signatures, binding policies, and possibly assisting with claims.
- Experience from an independent agency as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
- No captive agents, carrier reps, or life insurance producers.
- Familiarity with carriers such as Safeco, Mutual of Enumclaw, Progressive, and Liberty Mutual.
- Ability to report to Tacoma for onboarding/training for the first 90 days. After that, work will be a blend of in-office and remote.
