
Sr. Color Designer - Performance

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Help shape brand color strategy through palette build, creating color stories, and identifying trends.
- Manage footwear color across multiple categories, maintaining CADs and Merch Grids.
- Meet with Design and Development to understand project limitations and goals.
- Work closely with the PLM team to create a cohesive range of products that drive HOKA forward.
- Collaborate with Merch Counterparts to implement global feedback into our design process.
- Flexible and open minded - willing to thoughtfully incorporate feedback through their creative lens.
- Effective communicator - able to effectively work within a complex global organization, communicating their needs, concerns and asks in a timely and organized manor.
- Detail oriented - takes pride in completing their work with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
- Team contributor - willingness to explore mentorship roles within the team whether formally or informally with teammates
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, footwear design, fashion or graphic design, fine arts, or equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
- 7+ years of related experience in color design.
- 1-2+ years of experience training new team members.
- Experience in performance product desirable.
- Advanced understanding of construction and process.
- Advanced understanding of color theory and application to product.
- Experience in performance product desirable.
