- Event & Activation Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and public-facing events (food festivals, chef collabs, live music, themed markets, etc.)
- Collaborate with vendors and the bar team to design engaging, on-brand experiences
- Maintain a seasonal event calendar and lead execution from ideation to teardown
- Serve as on-site lead during major activations
- Vendor & Community Engagement
- Build relationships with food vendors, resident chefs, artists, musicians, and community partners
- Create programming opportunities that amplify their brands while aligning with Mashup's mission
- Coordinate pop-up schedules, vendor cart rotations, and chef-in-residence timelines
- Project Management & Logistics
- Manage programming budgets, timelines, and communication across departments
- Coordinate staffing and FOH support for special events in collaboration with the GM and Market Manager
- Ensure all event logistics are handled: permits, supplies, rentals, run-of-show documents, and post-mortems
- Brand & Creative Input
- Work with marketing team to brainstorm ideas, co-develop event themes, and provide creative direction
- Help shape the tone, energy, and storytelling of our event series

- 3+ years in hospitality, event programming, or venue management
- Strong project management and communication skills
- FOH or BOH experience in restaurants, food halls, or event venues is a big plus
- Comfortable working nights/weekends for events
- Familiarity with Louisville's food, music, and maker scene is a bonus
