Position Available: Landscape Architect/Project Manager at Award-Winning FirmAre you a talented Landscape Architect with a passion for project management? Our client, an award-winning Landscape Architecture firm, is seeking a driven and creative individual to join their team.Key Responsibilities:- Managing projects from proposal through design, with 2-10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture
- Holds a California Licensure for at least 2 years
- Experience with construction documents and construction administration
- Collaborative and creative mindset with a desire to explore design concepts through to completion
- Ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute work on various scales
- Skilled at creating design drawings such as perspective and plan renderings, diagrams, and construction document setsRequirements:- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong ability to produce renderings and illustrative plans
- Skilled at conveying ideas through hand sketching
- Working understanding of plant materials and planting design
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working collaboratively
