Pay Rate: $26-$29/hr.
Location: Malta, NY area
Travel: Up to 10%
Position Type: Full-Time, Client Direct HirePrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follow inspection, safety, work scope criteria defined in work instructions, drawings, schematics or other technical data as required in company or customer documentation.
  • Review product pump and abatement documentation and learn about each manufacturer’s pump and abatement operations, repair and maintenance.
  • Perform maintenance tasks including pump change outs, abatement ADT drain tank changeout, head rebuild, leak tests, troubleshoot test failures, etc.
  • Collaborate with other team members and Site lead to establish priorities and ensure customer due dates are met for all PM tasks within the Sub-fab and fab areas at customer site.
  • Communicate to company management any issues or changes that will result in PM team missing customer PM due dates.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to understand to read detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to wear appropriate level I, II, III PPE for up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Demonstrated ability to use respirator, FR suit, hand tools, some power tools, and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work very well within a team environment and ability to effectively communicate with both team members and the customer technicians.
  • AS degree in a technical discipline preferred; full military and/or semiconductor industry experience equivalent may substitute for AS degree.
  • Relevant previous chemical handling, PPE/respirator usage, OEM equipment PM experience.
