  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Visit our clients and conduct assessments in the Media and surrounding areas
  • Require two full days in the office.
  • Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
  • Supervise staff in the field.
  • Facilitate new hire skills for new Home Health Aides.
  • Participate in the training of new aides and in-services for field staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  • Supervisory experience.
