- Service Management: Schedule service appointments, manage work orders, and ensure timely and accurate completion of services.
- Communication: Act as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the service process.
- Quality Assurance: Review completed work to ensure it meets our high standards and address any customer concerns or issues promptly.
- Sales: Promote additional services and products as needed, providing customers with recommendations for maintaining and improving their vehicle’s performance.
