Job Role Summary:As a Project Scheduler, you will assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining project schedules for assigned projects. You will participate in scheduling meetings, gather scheduling data, and update schedules as necessary. This is a safety-sensitive position. What You Will Do:General:Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 Scheduling Software and standard operating proceduresSupport development of Master Project Schedules (MPS) and proposal schedules as assignedCollaborate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to help them understand and work according to the project scheduleParticipate in all scheduling meetings for assigned projectsPerform additional assignments as requested by supervisorsPreconstruction:Review contracts to understand scheduling milestone dates, deliverable requirements, software requirements, and scheduling policy variancesAssist in developing Master Project Schedules aligned with contract and company scheduling policiesConstruction:Maintain safety protocols including current OSHA 30-hour training and proper PPE usage during site walkthroughsPrepare MPS Baselines for owner submission and approvalUpdate MPS monthly or as required, ensuring compliance with scheduling policiesAssist project teams with scheduling narratives for monthly updatesDocument all scheduling meetings with owners and subcontractorsClose-Out:Prepare final as-built schedule updatesSupport scheduling services related to claims from the company or subcontractors What You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of training and/or field experience acceptedExperience with Primavera (Oracle) P6 version 19 and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience using On Center SoftwareStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPresentation skills for meetings and training sessionsDemonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and coaching skillsKnowledge of general installation practices across all CSI divisions for effective communication of schedules and review of CPM schedulesAbility to lead, face challenges, solve problems, and motivate while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customersAbility to read, interpret, and understand contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedulesEffective time management and decision-making skills with the ability to multitask and handle competing prioritiesA strong sense of urgency, initiative, and the ability to quickly analyze and react to complex issuesExcellent problem-solving skills with confidence to take decisive action
