Co-founded by industry veterans Kyle Hathaway and Mikaela Chandler, our mission is to deliver innovative, sustainable, and efficient electrical solutions across Colorado.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting our design-build projects, providing technical expertise during the sales process, and managing project implementations in collaboration with our General Manager/Master Electrician.Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Engineering
- Develop comprehensive electrical designs for data center retrofits, EV charging stations, and smart building automation systems.
- Ensure designs comply with NEC, IEEE, and local codes.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP for design and analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and scope.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and presentations.
- Oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including contractors and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design and project management.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, EV charging systems, and building automation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
