IEP Therapy is currently looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist in the DeKalb, IL area for a school based SLP position. Currently offering a sign on bonus of $1500 for full time if you sign on before June 15th! We currently have the following position available for the 2020-2021 school year:

FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE:
  • School based SLP position for a public school district with a student population of K-12th grade. The caseload primarily serves 3 life skills classrooms and is comprised of 38 students with 7 students that are consult only.
Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapy to students to help them meet IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations, reevaluations, observations and referrals
  • Design instructional and intervention strategies for students
  • Conduct and attend IEP meetings
  • Attend multidisciplinary team and case conference meetings
  • Support district as needed
Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCCs
  • Illinois Speech Language Pathologist State License upon hire
  • Illinois Professional Educator’s License with an endorsement in Speech Language Pathology
