Meta is searching for an experienced Program Manager who specializes in supplier/third party risk to develop and implement supplier risk management and performance solutions at the enterprise level. This includes taking on a leadership role to drive strategy, roadmap projects and programs, processes, tools, metrics, and reporting throughout the lifecycle of the supplier relationship. This role requires someone who thrives in a flat, fast-pace organization using lightweight processes and creative ideas to obtain quick iterative solutions that drive significant impact. This individual will collaborate with key stakeholders in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Enterprise Products, Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, and numerous Meta business teams.Supplier Strategy Program Manager, Enterprise Risk and Performance ResponsibilitiesBuild and foster cross-functional relationships. Proactively engage stakeholders to drive adoption of policies, processes and toolsObtain practical knowledge of operational constraints/barriers to develop enterprise solutions at a fast pace to gain adoption while mitigating riskDemonstrate operational understanding of assigned process area(s). Constantly problem-solve, innovate, improve, and optimize supplier-related processes and reduce riskSupport cross-functional initiatives by conducting research and analysis, identifying the root cause of important problems within scope and developing practical, well-justified, and resource-optimized solutions to enhance tooling/infrastructure, processes, and workflows and strengthen supplier-related performance, internal and externalManage complex projects related to the supplier lifecycle processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, performance management, and risk mitigation, both internal and externalDevelop and implement project plans with timelines to ensure that stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, procurement, contract operations, and engineering products, to ensure all project deliverables are met and all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcomesConduct regular project status updates and report progress to the Leadership team, highlighting any issues of risk and proposing solid mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to suppliers and procurement operationsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, and develop and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with suppliers to identify and resolve any issues or concerts, and to ensure that all project deliverables are metProvide training and support to internal teams on project management best practices and proceduresMinimum QualificationsB.A. or B.S. degree in business, risk management, engineering, procurement, or related discipline6+ years of experience in Strategic Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Project/Process Management, Sourcing, or ProcurementDemonstrated leadership and project management skills with experience balancing multiple initiatives at onceDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in evaluating, developing and implementing supplier-related performance management solutionsKnowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and their related toolingExperience driving change and improving end-to-end processesExperience developing and implementing risk mitigation solutionsDemonstrated communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of developing and building business relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree(s)Structured Query Language (SQL) coding experienceFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click for additional information.About MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
