- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a PFT test, Color Test, and Fit test for respirator.
- Pass all pre-employment screening

- Must be able to train on 1st shift
- Schedules, coordinates, and monitors the duties of the IDC assistants. Directs assistants, functions, and duties of the IDC department during assigned shift.
- Pre-matches inks for all production runs for press by matching to last approved master targets in the master standard packet.
- Supplies all inks and coatings to the press in a timely manner to assist in continual press operations.
- Uses material handling equipment and do workers to move drums and totes (requires assistance to push up to 2200 lbs.) of chemicals with facility.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of department.
- Conduct safety inspections every shift.
- Assists and documents the ongoing training of IDC Assistants.
- Assists with maintaining accurate ink and residue inventory levels; rotates and labels stock.
- Performs other duties and tasks assigned by IDC Foreman and Production Supervisors in and outside of department.

- Ability to read and understand manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematic diagrams.

- Ability to move in a 90-degree fashion on a repetitive basis for a shift.
- Ability to stretch/reach on a repetitive basis for a shift.
- Ability to walk extensively throughout the plant for a shift.
- Safety glasses with side shields
- Goggles and face shields for work with chemicals that may splash.
- Gloves (appropriate for the hazard of the specific task)
- Gloves (appropriate for the hazard of the specific task) butyl gloves for use with cleaning solvent, M-Pyrol, isobutyl acetate and ethyl acetate or other solvents
- Ear protection (caps, plugs, or muffs as per employee preference) pressroom use.
- Respirators for organic vapors.
- Grounding straps for all solvent or liquid containers
