- Organize operations to provide high quality cost effective services.
- Responsible for building relationships with physicians, businesses and communities in an effort to establish partnerships and affiliations.
- Actively identify conventional and non-conventional growth opportunities that will lead to additional volume and revenue, improving ministry's strategic positioning in the market place.
- Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job related issues.
- Oversee scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
- Design and prioritize the strategic growth opportunities within and across markets with employers, health systems, payers, government entities, brokers, and other key potential clients or strategic partners.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of services, policies, processes, and programs delivered.
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, health care Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in health care business development, provider relations, or network management
- Strong knowledge of provider compensation models, health care contracting, and physician on-boarding best practices
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards related to provider contracts and compensation (e.g., FMV, Stark, Anti-Kickback)
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze trends and performance metrics
