Follow all safety procedures related to machine operations.
Prepare materials and print load tags per specifications.
Assemble and unitize products based on customer requirements.
Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Keep up with machine-paced production schedules.
Read and follow shop order instructions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
Preferred experience with machines like flexo folder gluers, flexo presses, and rotary die cutters.
Prior experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
Commitment to safety protocols and company policies.
Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
Comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented setting.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English for safety and operational purposes.
