- Work with Program team members to define and document project tasks and milestones.
- Develop a firm knowledge and understanding of project scope in order to lead the team to successfully satisfy all requirements of the contract.
- Determine and calculate Program projections, recording and reporting of all related financial data.
- Manage customer expectations regarding project scope, execution, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Program team members to ensure resources are allocated towards working on the right tasks at the right time, with clear expectations of satisfactory completion of milestones and goals.
- Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues quickly and thoroughly.
- Responsible for assisting with timecards for OCONUS employees and ensuring hours are correctly charged against the appropriate project codes.
- Assists in all travel arrangements including, but not limited to, flights, hotels, and rental vehicles.
- Ensures all expense reports are accurate and entered into the accounting system in a timely manner and verifies that they are processed.
- Set up and follow up on required employee medical and dental screenings and background reports.
- Assists with generating and approving invoices, purchase orders, and other billing functions.
- Assimilates and disseminates information to supporting staff.
- Generates electronic and hardcopy documents, maintains filing system, and coordinates meetings, briefings, and team activities.
- Maintains subject and project files of correspondence, program documents, and reports.
- Schedules and supports regular and ad hoc meetings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated skill at presenting material to technical and line/operational management.
- Moderate to high Expertise in use of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-sufficiency in problem solving and knowledge acquisition from resources throughout the company.
- Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree; this experience substitution would be in addition to any required minimum experience identified.
This position follows a hybrid schedule, with remote work on Tuesdays and Thursdays and on-site work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
