This role ensures materials are sourced and delivered in alignment with project timelines and budget goals. Financial reporting and project documentation are key responsibilities. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed review of plans and specifications using internal software systemsValidate estimator work to ensure product accuracy, including door handing, hardware functionality, undercuts, and jamb depthPrepare submittals outlining products to be used on each projectCoordinate job site deliveries with clients, installation teams, and warehouse staffProactively anticipate project needs and resolve issues as they ariseProvide technical guidance on door and hardware productsPrepare and track change orders due to design or scope changesMaintain project budgets and ensure gross profit targets are metCollaborate with finance team to ensure accurate monthly billing and requisitionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Experience with Software for Hardware (SFH) is a plusKnowledge of Division 8, Division 6, and Division 10 construction standards is a plusStrong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycleAbility to independently assess and solve problemsClear and effective verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management and multitasking abilitiesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and persistentAbility to build strong internal and external relationshipsStrong math skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and BluebeamInterested in Learning More?
