Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Ansible to join our infrastructure and automation team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining configuration management and infrastructure automation solutions using Ansible, in support of our CI/CD pipelines and cloud/on-prem environments.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules to automate provisioning, configuration, deployment, and orchestration of infrastructure.Design scalable and secure automation solutions across cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and/or on-premises environments.Collaborate with development, QA, and IT operations teams to streamline software delivery and improve system reliability.Integrate Ansible automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.Perform configuration drift detection and remediation.Ensure Ansible code is version-controlled, tested, and documented.Implement security best practices and compliance requirements in automated workflows.Troubleshoot system and infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.Support disaster recovery planning and infrastructure monitoring.Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), or System Administration.Strong hands-on experience with Ansible (playbooks, roles, inventory, Tower/AWX).Proficiency with Linux/Unix systems administration and shell scripting.Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, etc.).Familiarity with source control (Git), branching strategies, and code review processes.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
