🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
📅 Schedule: Typical office hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. There is an On-Call expectation, and supervisors do provide coverage when needed.Lead with Compassion. Supervise with Purpose.First Resources Corp. is seeking a dedicated and experienced HCBS Supervisor in Ottumwa Hourly Service to support and coordinate services within our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program.   • Coordinate and implement HCBS services at assigned sites
  • Supervise and support direct care staff, including training and performance management
  • Implement and monitor Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
  • Document program outcomes and communicate individual progress and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with HCBS standards, DIA regulations, and agency policies
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality and safety
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage as needed
What You'll Need
  • Associate's degree in Human Services or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Basic knowledge of HCBS programs and DIA requirements
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
