
Manager, Publishing Services - The Orchard

- Office- first role, in office 4 days a week.
- Oversee the Publishing Administration onboarding process for clients and field inquiries related to song registrations, licensing opportunities and publishing accounting statements
- Facilitate demos with clients of The Orchard's Publishing Service tech solutions
- Ingest new client catalogs into Orchard databases
- Execute quality assurance processes with respect to song metadata delivered by clients
- 3+ years working in the music industry with a focus is music publishing services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive working knowledge and experience using Excel and PowerPoint
- In-depth knowledge of the music publishing industry
- Comfortability managing and reviewing large datasets
- Highly organized with an ability to track and prioritize a high volume of projects and adjust to changing priorities
- Innovative problem solver with a detail-oriented work ethic and a desire to build and maintain new methods and solutions for organizing and tracking complex systems and relationships
