The RoleAs an Emergency Veterinarian at WVRC Racine/Kenosha, you will:
Manage a variety of small animal ER cases
Have the option to perform ER surgeries
Use your clinical skills independently and make confident decisions in fast-paced situations
Contribute to a culture of high-quality, compassionate care
What We're Looking For:
Internship-trained or minimum of 2 years of emergency experience
Comfortable managing high caseloads and working independently
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
Someone who brings positivity, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset to the ER floor
Senior Associate Track (Optional)For experienced ER doctors looking to take on more leadership and mentoring, our Senior Associate Track blends clinical practice with professional development and team support:
Lead Our ER Immerse Training Program-design, deliver, and refine hands-on learning for new grads
Serve as a Mentor & Curriculum Contributor-help shape in-hospital CE and collaborate with Ethos Clinical Learning & Development
Set the Clinical Standard-stay on the floor, guide complex cases, and model best practices
Support Growth & Community-participate in DVM recruiting efforts and build positive relationships with referring veterinarians
