- Develops and maintains effective, ongoing relationships with first responders, military and veteran organizations, Medical Examiners, Coroners, funeral service professionals and other community partners to foster awareness, engagement, a compelling call to action and cooperation in the donation process.
- Serves as a visible and accessible resource, providing timely and effective communication throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Participates in professional associations, conferences, and community events to increase visibility and strengthen partnerships.
- Provides strategic reporting and documentation pertaining to all activities related to field relationship engagements.
- Accurately and proactively determines appropriate follow-on activities.
- Navigates virtual and in-person team collaboration.
- Designs and implements educational initiatives and materials for key community partners such as funeral home and medical examiner personnel related to tissue and brain donation.
- Coordinates and leads professional development activities, including CEU-accredited events.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting tracking daily workflow, outcomes and activity metrics to support continuous improvement and demonstrate program effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing, public health communication, or related field or work experience directly related to core activities of this role.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in field-based outreach or similar roles that demonstrate competency in relationship building and management.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

- Experience in the organ and tissue donation industry or other end of life services.
- Familiarity with military and veteran cultural competency.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and demonstrated ability to take initiative in a highly agile environment.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation to support daily field work.
- Ability to execute partner visits for up to 6.5 hours daily.
