You'll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll drive value by producing accurate budgets, forecasts, and insightful variance analysis to support key decision-making processes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Controllers, Site Management, Supply Chain), coordinate budget preparation and reviews with functional leaders, and contribute to change management initiatives such as systems roll-outs and organizational adjustments, and much more."We'll look to you for:Drawing conclusions on budget/actual variances and recommending corrective actions ,Coordinating the budget preparation and organizing reviews with the Heads of functions in each division ,Participating in change management initiatives (systems/application roll-out, organizational changes, etc.) ,Working closely with project and site controllers to ensure risks and opportunities are identified and raised on time with respect to the approved Estimate at Completion (EAC) ,Providing daily support to the function with job code creation for active projects, work breakdown structure creation, and shopping carts/purchase orders approvals ,Acting as the financial counterpart to site General Management and Facilities Manager on site Capex projects ,Preparing headcount variance explanations, cost deviation analysis, and budget adjustments ,Leveraging ERP systems such as SAP and reporting tools like Power BI, Qlikview, or Business Objects to enhance financial insights ,Thriving under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlinesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
