As a Plumbing Project Manager, you will be a key player in overseeing and managing the successful execution of mechanical projects in the commercial sector. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. .
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure that all project work adheres to industry standards and company quality guidelines.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Monitor project schedules and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee contracts, change orders, and subcontracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety on-site.

  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Project Manager in the mechanical construction industry.
  • Experience with project management software for effective communication and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
