- Perform on-site servicing, repair and/or installation of hardware and software throughout assigned region.
- Assist customers to diagnose problems and provide resolutions for technical and service issues including end-user local-area network access problems, e-mail, Internet, and network or local printer problems.
- Provide one-on-one end-user problem resolution with remote desktop tools, telephone, and in- person.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop hardware issues.
- Under minimal supervision, install new IT and related equipment and software.
- Help coordinate timely support and repair on various IT equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
- Manage help tickets assigned to them, ensuring maximum issue resolution in minimum time with the end user needs the main focus.
- Perform multiple, technical tasks with a need to routinely upgrade skills to meet changing job conditions.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT environment with strong troubleshooting skills and networking software and hardware problems.
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Servers, Microsoft Office, and theories of network systems.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED) with at least one year college level course work.
- MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), A+, or Network + Certification.
- 1-2 years of experience providing end-user phone support.
- Associate’s degree or higher in related field.
- Ability to multi-task effectively without compromising the quality of the work.

- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Ability to demonstrate adaptability by ability to adapt to changes, delays, unexpected situations, and effectively manage competing demands.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects with limited direction, while understanding and contributing to the success of the assigned region(s).
