About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients responding to calls, voicemails, and emails within one business day. You'll provide accurate information, assist with various inquiries, and help build loyalty through excellent service and attention to detail.
What You'll Do:Respond to inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathyAssist customers with questions about effective dates, premium amounts, ID card requests, Medicare, and moreCommunicate with insurance carriers to verify client policy detailsManage and respond to emails promptly and accuratelySupport the sales team by handling post-policy inquiries and resolving client concernsRecognize opportunities for up-sells and forward to licensed agents as appropriateAccurately document customer interactions and updates in our CRM systemWhat We're Looking For:Prior customer service or call center experience requiredHigh School diploma or equivalentStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesDependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learnKey Competencies:Learning agilityProblem solvingDependability and accountabilityPay Details: $18.50 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
