- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related project activities.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from inception through deployment.
- Responsible for Cost, Schedule, Performance, Technical Quality, Risks Management, Deliverables, and responsible for all aspects of the effort.
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful delivery.
- Track and report on project performance, including cost, schedule, and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with the Government Project Manager throughout the contract period.
- Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical standards, and quality expectations.
- Manage and control project funds and resources effectively.
- Provide guidance on task execution across varying levels of size and scope.
- Shall be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies.
- Self-starter with ability to perform and lead work independently.

- Ability to use multiple communication methods (written/visual) to work with all levels of staff.
- At least 10 years of Government related PM experience with PMP; Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent from an accredited school.
- IAT Level II Certification
- Experience managing IT related projects.
- Experience in tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress. Shall be able to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience in project development from inception to deployment, demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in tasks of varying levels of size and scope of effort, proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources, demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts of this type and complexity envisioned for this effort.
- A minimum of TOP SECRET/SCI security clearances are required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials.
- Experience working in federal or defense environments.
- Industry standard technical and network certifications.
