If you are enthusiastic, hard working, with a strong will to be an AMAZING team leader, we would love to meet you and discuss the possibility of a long and rewarding career.Come be a part of something AMAZING!!Our MissionTo create lasting beauty and confidence in an inviting environment through safety, passion, dedication, and excellence, so our clients look and feel AMAZING!Qualifications-Licensed or certified to perform lash and brow services in your state and/or municipality (typically an active and current esthetician or cosmetologist license)-Experience with customer service in the beauty industry-Experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments to ensure guests satisfaction and loyalty-Experience in increasing quality of service execution of peers-Proven track record for gaining repeat business and in upgrading services to guests-Experience with facilitating mentorship, or informal on-the-job lash and brow service training-Experience being a leader in handling with finesse, a high traffic, high stress, environment where attention can often and abruptly be pulled in multiple directions-Experience in leading organizational culture-embodying a culture of learning, development, and potential for growth-Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive ALS aftercare products-Understand and promote ALS membership options and service upgrades-Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and educating the client on services and processes-Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques-A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor-Organization skills regarding service notes from client appointment history-Maintains state requirements with health and sanitation processes, and suite cleanliness and organization-Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated-Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members, guests, and management-Strong verbal and written communication skills-Professional appearanceBenefitsEyelash Technician Trainer Benefits:
