
IT Support Technician III

- Serve as the initial contact point for all IT support issues across Axon's Scottsdale HQ and remote sites
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and hardware issues across Mac, Windows, mobile, and hybrid environments
- Partner with IT Infrastructure, InfoSec, and End Point Engineering to ensure seamless integration and support of company-wide initiatives
- Research and recommend new support tools, workflows, and automations that improve user experience and operational efficiency
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and laptop refresh workflows, collaborating with PeopleOps (HR) for a seamless process
- Basic knowledge of enterprise systems including JAMF, Intune/AutoPilot/ Tanium, ServiceNow, Okta, O365, Zoom, Slack and endpoint management platforms
- Track, analyze, and report on SLA adherence and incident trends to drive continuous improvement
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration roles
- Experience with enterprise tools such as JAMF, Intune, Okta, O365, Zoom, ServiceNow, Slack and advanced endpoint management
- Customer Service oriented and good written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to de-escalate high-pressure technical incidents with professionalism and efficiency
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, JAMF 100/200, CompTIA Security+/CySA+, or equivalent
- Experience with MDM, MAM, and EDR technologies
- Scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and systems optimization
- Background in ITSM or ITIL-based support frameworks
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and identity management (e.g., DNS,DHCP, SSO, MFA)
