- Hiring Manager, Training & Development Supervisor
- Design and develop engaging instructional content for in-person, virtual, and self-paced training programs using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Optimize the use of e-learning tools, particularly Articulate Rise & Storyline, to create interactive, accessible, and scalable digital learning experiences.
- Facilitate training sessions across various formats, ensuring an inclusive, interactive, and effective learning experience for diverse learners.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate business objectives into instructional strategies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data.
- Manage multiple training projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals.
- A strong foundation in instructional design, adulting learning theory, training facilitation, and training program evaluation.
- Experience developing engaging, accessible learning content across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, and e-learning).
- Bachelors degree in Education, Organizational Development or related discipline/experience.
- Proficiency with a content authoring tool (CAT), preferably Articulate 360 and learning management systems (LMS).
- A collaborative approach to working with subject matter experts.

- The targeted base pay range for this role is $55,000 to $70,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills, and experience.
