This position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of tasks, relies on personal judgment to plan and accomplish goals under minimal supervision and may lead/direct the work of others.Minimum RequirementsExperience - 2 years of related experienceEducation - Graduate of an accredited RN programLicensure - Current Louisiana State Nursing LicenseApply now! Compliance and Regulatory * Is cognizant of federal, state, and Joint commission regulatory agency requirements as they relate to Performance Improvement.

Consultation and Partnerships * Assists hospital staff, senior and medical staff leadership, and physicians with performance improvement tasks to achieve best practice outcomes.
