- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote clinic services, events, and community outreach programs.
- Create and manage content for various marketing platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and patient education materials.
- Collaborate with medical staff to gather patient testimonials, success stories, and case studies for promotional use.
- Monitor marketing campaigns and analyze data to assess effectiveness and ROI; adjust strategies as necessary.
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives, health fairs, and partnerships with local organizations to enhance clinic visibility.**Employee Learning and Development:**
- Design, implement, and manage employee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated and up to date with clinic protocols.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop resources to support ongoing employee education and professional development.
- Create and maintain a centralized repository of learning materials, resources, and training records for all employees.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning programs to promote a culture of continuous learning within the clinic.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through employee feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.**Additional Responsibilities:**
- Assist in developing the budget for marketing and training initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to training and marketing efforts.
- Keep current with industry trends and best practices in both marketing and employee development.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, employee participation in training, and learning outcomes for presentation to management.**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, employee training, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
