
Customer Service Representative

● Support inventory control by reviewing historical data and assisting in managing stock levels during order processing.
● Provide internal support to Outside Sales Representatives and assist with sales initiatives.
● Collaborate with internal departments and other divisions to resolve customer issues efficiently.
● Review customer purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
● Prepare customer quotes, sample requests, formal proposals, and generate sales leads for potential accounts.
● Manage customer complaints related to product use, including coordinating returns and replacements of defective parts.
● Process order modifications and communicate changes to ensure customer satisfaction.Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:● Proven experience handling complex orders under tight deadlines.● SAP Experience.Work Experience:● 1-3 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Education:● High School Diploma/GEDWhat We Offer
