Responsibilities:As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them live meaningful, independent lives. Key duties include:
  • Care & Support: Assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, and medication management.
  • Emotional Support: Encourage independence and provide companionship and encouragement.
  • Community Engagement: Plan and participate in community-based activities, social events, and outings.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client progress, health, and incidents.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus.
  • Compassion, patience, and a desire to positively impact others.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation.
