  • Evenings: +$3.00/hour

  • Flexible Schedule: We have full-time and PRN positions available

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate clinical care to residents
  • Supervise and support nursing staff throughout your shift
  • Lead resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Promote residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical best practices
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families
  • Oversee assigned areas of the community and respond to urgent needs
  • Foster a positive, professional, and supportive environment
What You’ll Need:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
  • Supervisory experience in long-term care required
  • 1–4 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong clinical expertise with a compassionate, resident-centered mindset
