- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, programmatic, etc.) to drive traffic, reservations, and off-premise sales.
- Monitor ROAS and CPL metrics and report performance.
- Manage updates across 16+ brand websites, ensuring accuracy of menus, hours, promotions, and ADA compliance.
- Audit and optimize content for SEO, usability, and conversion.
- Partner with our loyalty platform (Punchh) to improve retention, acquisition, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Build automation flows, re-engagement strategies, and promo offers.
- Work with local teams and creatives to enhance our social voice and local relevance.
- Monitor digital listings (Google Business Profile, Yelp, etc.) and manage reviews and reputation.
- Oversee campaign timelines, creative requests, and digital rollout plans across all locations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and third-party vendors.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Restaurants or hospitality industry marketing experience
- Proficient in setting up ads in Meta and Google Ads
- Experience working with website CMS platforms (PopMenu or similar)
- Knowledge of Punchh or other loyalty/CRM platforms preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience reporting performance metrics
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple brands or locations is a plus
